Hello All, my name is Tanya and I am a 10 year survivor of HIV. I just turned the BIG 3-0 in December of 2006 and honestly never thought I would make it this far. I can remember when the doctor told me I was positive, I was dumbfounded but knew it was a possibility since I didn't know the person that raped me HIV status. I so could have easily went down a different path with my life but I decided to fight this disease and never give up. This past year and half I have changed my lifestyle concerning my diet, exercise, and health (mental and psychical) care. I have never felt better psychically and emotionally. I will keep fighting and never ever f*cking give up until there is a cure. One last thing I would like to say-We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.
