This
was my second year volunteering
for
Madison's only AIDS Walk,
Walk
Roll and Stroll. Thank you to Randol
White from NBC-15's Morning Show,
who again was our Honorary Ambassador.
Earlier in September, I went to
Edgewood High School and did a discussion
entitled, "The Politics of AIDS"
to encourage participation from
Edgewood students. To our delight,
there were 17 members from Team
Edgewood who walked! Team Edgewood
won free ice cream from the Chocolate
Shoppe in Madison for their efforts!
I personally can't thank all of
you enough for your support and
compassion! It was quite fun to
work a rest stop with Lora and Teresa
again. Per usual, we had a wonderful
time. It was awesome to see the
Mad Rollin Dolls again too. They
are very committed to supporting
the
fight against HIV/AIDS and helping
AIDS Network. Please make sure you
visit their site (below). Rafiki
was a hit as many of the walkers
and others wandering by, stopped
to say hello. Thank you to all
who walked, volunteered and organized
this year's Walk Roll and Stroll.
Thank you for your support of AIDS
Network and the clients they serve!
Da Pirate with

Edgewood for their efforts!
Thank
you to those who graciously sponsored
this year's Walk Roll and Stroll!
A heartfelt thanks
to Randol White from NBC-15's Morning Show

Edgewood High School. A sincere thank you to Wade

for your compassion and support! ............................
Bob,
Thank you
so much for coming and speaking with us.
It is truly refreshing to see someone so
passionate about educating the general public
about this terrible virus. You spoke from
the heart which made your message all the
more effective and true. Listening to you
speak both now and in the past have inspired
me to get involved because like you said,
everyone's voice counts!! So, I have spoken
with some friends and we are going to be
doing the Walk, Roll, and Stroll this year
as part of Team Edgewood. I look forward
to hearing you speak in the future! Thanks
again!
Peace,
Greg S.
